A second swim in a legendary realm tops the DVD releases for the week of March 12.

“Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom”: Jason Momoa returns as the titular protector of Atlantis, called into action once more in this DC sequel. Also back are Yahya Abdul-Mateen II’s Black Mantis, Patrick Wilson and Amber Heard, as Orm Marius and Mera, respectively, and director James Wan.

“It’s last swim for the troubled DC Extended Universe, planned for an overall rethink, as Jason Momoa returns as the King of Atlantis in ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom,'” writes Los Angeles Times critic Michael Ordoña in his review. “In some important ways, the sequel laps the original. In others, it – and its mega-franchise – seem destined to sink without a ripple.”
