A woman in Parma, OH found guilty of throwing a Chipotle burrito bowl at an employee received quite the sentence from a local judge. In addition to serving time in jail, 39-year-old Rosemary Hayne will have to get the experience of working in fast food service herself.

According to WJW, Parma Municipal Court Judge Timothy Gilligan sentenced her to 180 days in jail after she was found guilty of one count of assault. He went on to suspend 90 of those days and offered to take 60 days off her jail sentence if she worked at least 20 hours each week at a fast food restaurant for two months. She agreed to the terms.

“You didn’t get your burrito bowl the way you like it and this is how you respond?” Judge Gilligan said during the sentencing hearing. “This is not Real Housewives of Parma. This behavior is not acceptable.”

Hayne apologized for her actions and explained that she wasn’t happy with how her meal turned out. “If I showed you how my food looked and how my food looked a week later from that same restaurant, it’s disgusting looking,” Hayne said.

The judge figured it would be best to teach a lesson with the incident. “I thought, why should the city taxpayers pay for her and feed her for 90 days in the jail if I can teach her a sense of empathy?” he said. “I also hope this deters others from this type of behavior.”

In the encounter caught on video, Hayne brought her burrito bowl to the counter and slammed it down while yelling at the worker. It isn’t long before she throws the bowl in the worker’s face.

As for what food is in her future, the judge said it best: “I bet you won’t be happy with the food you are going to get in the jail.”
