In Week 2 of Farmer Wants a Wife Season 2, we learn that Mitchell doesn’t give up on love too easily (and that he’s very proud of the deer he has mounted on his wall). Despite getting the green light from host Jennifer Nettles to chop one woman from his dating pool, Mitchell decided to keep them all.

Who Does Mitchell Eliminate in Farmer Wants a Wife Season 2, Week 2?
No one! Mitchell “prayed about it and thought on it,” and came to the conclusion that none of the women were elimination-worthy. Not Brittany, who’s about as suited to live on a farm as she is to work in an operating room (even if she does provide the bulk of the show’s comedic relief). Or Kait, who has yet to reveal an ounce of personality. Or Melanie, whose green eyes are the only bright spot in an otherwise dull reality-TV performance.
It’s possible the FWAW editors aren’t doing any of these women justice, but going by what we’ve seen so far, it seems only Sydney and Kiana have legitimate potential to match with our first-generation farmer. The sooner Mitchell starts sending the other women home, the sooner Sydney will get the showdown she’s been waiting for since Kiana snatched the one-on-one date in the Season 2 premiere.
