WalletHub analyzed the 100 largest US cities to see which are the most pet-friendly. In their study, Dallas is ranked as the 72nd most pet-friendly. The city is above average for pet health and wellness, ranking 36th among the nation’s top cities.
Dog parks in Dallas
As a big city, there are plenty of dog parks in Dallas. Five of these parks are off-leash parks managed by the Dallas Park and Recreation Department. Some of the most popular dog parks in the city are NorthBark Dog Park, White Rock Lake Dog Park, and Bark Park Central.
