    First time to use AroCare Home Medical Equipment. Excellent customer service. The delivery technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. He was able to demonstrate the equipment step by step. The instructions was very easy to follow. He is a wonderful technician.
    It is my opinion that the technician deserve a ten percent pay increase for his excellent customer service.

    Rene was persevering in contacting me. When he arrived, he was very professional, yet caring. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated all of the equipment. It made my visit to the grocery this afternoon much easier. I appreciate the quality of the materials and the quality of Rene.

    I was very pleased with the Company. I had use a different distributor with my previous machine and when I switched it was like night and day in the difference. I didn’t feel rushed by them or like I was a inconvenience in their busy day. Wonderful in every way. And they call and check up on how I am doing.

    We were immediately greeted when we arrived. We didn’t have to wait long to be seen. James was very thorough in how to set up and use the CPAP machine. Great service all around!

    There is this one gentleman name Rene M. who I can always count on. He is so reliable words would not be enough for him. When he finish with giving you your order he go over it and make sure you have everything and, if there is something you need that you might have forgotten; tubing, those washer’s that goes with portable tanks he really is good at what he does. You can tell he likes his job. He is very business like he is still polite without a grumble about his job. he make you feel good about yourself. I have never seen him mad or upset. His clothes are always clean and he is presentable. I have spoken with customer care and there is a representative name Justina and, she is very polite and make sure that our order is complete. She talk to you like she have known you forever. There is another lady name Sonia who could learn some thing in etiquette or better yet how to talk professional to a customer. To put some effort in talking over the phone with a customer. Other than that I haven’t had any problems with any of the employees, Aerocare should be quite proud of their employees.
